Any commercial photographer or videographer who intends to sell images or video content from our event to competitors or the general public must comply with one of the following requirements:

-
Pay a $250 commercial photographer/videographer levy, or
-
Provide 10 high-definition, watermark-free images. Add the Kiwi Super Classic’s official social handles as a collaborator in any social media posts that feature the event’s content. The Kiwi Super Classic reserves the right to accept or decline each collaborator's request, or
-
Provide 4 high-quality, royalty-free video clips (minimum 10 seconds each) and add the Kiwi Super Classic’s official social handles as a collaborator in any social media posts that feature the event’s content. The Kiwi Super Classic reserves the right to accept or decline each collaborator's request.

The Kiwi Super Classic will credit photographers and videographers whenever possible. Images and video may be used to promote the Kiwi Super Classic across a wide range of platforms, including our website, social media, outdoor media, the official programme, partner acquisition, and more.
This levy grants commercial photographers and videographers access to capture images across all four days of the competition, along with a link to their image gallery included on the official Kiwi Super Classic website.

Please note that this levy does not grant event access and should not be confused with media accreditation.

Exemptions
Photographers and videographers representing recognised media outlets are exempt, provided they do not list images for public sale or distribution beyond the scope of their specific media assignment.
For media accreditation, please email blackballoon@xtra.co.nz outlining who you are and who you are reporting/shooting for.
Any photographer or videographer who fails to comply with these guidelines will be considered in violation of the Kiwi Super Classic’s intellectual property rights and may be asked to leave the grounds.
